My Husband Passed Out And Was Transported By Ambulance 2

My husband passed out and was transported by ambulance 2 nights ago with BP readings in the 60's SYS /40's DIA Pulse rate around 118. Pressure was low for a couple of hours but by the time he arrived for treatment at a hospital 45 miles away BP was coming back up. EKG looked good. Also got CT for a nasty knot he received from the fall. No intracranial bleed.
It was recommended we withhold his BP med unless BP was getting high again. Keep a log of readings and get him in to see his cardiologist.

Day following-- readings were in 170's/90's so he took his BP med. Yesterday-- BP readings were normal without the BP meds so did not take BP med. No BP meds needed today either.
>>The pulse rate is very high though. Seems as though as BP comes down, pulse rate going up.

Yesterday's readings:
118/75 Pulse 124
115/ 68 Pulse 142
114/76 Pulse 119
Today's
124/85 Pulse 122
137/88 Pulse 133 going to bed
116/66 Pulse 102 after 1 hr. complete bed rest

Question: Do I need to get him back to ER or is it safe to wait until we can contact his cardiologist tomorrow am about this? Is he in danger of heart attack?
