My husband recently had a ultrasound on his liver which checked out to be just fine...but while doing his ultrasound the tech discovered two small masses on his pancreas. So Monday they had him return for a MRI... we have not heard anything back as of today 1\14\16... My question is what all do they look for and do before getting back up with him...I have to say it plays on the nerves to wait all week. He has had no indication that anything is wrong. So what is the chance this is just a cyst. And there usually more results that cyst are more prevalent than cancer in the pancreas. Thank you for your response.
