My Husband Recently Had Blood Work Done For His New

My husband recently had blood work done for his new job. He's a 35 year old health male. His Absolute Monocytes count was 120 L. The range state 200-950 cell/ uL. Does this result indicate a high or low count and what could cause these numbers. Is monocytes level was 2.3%. All other results were noted in the normal ranges.
