My husband takes Zytiga with predisone - has been on it for 2 years - he has swelling, gained 25 lbs fatigue is high and wants to know if there is a smaller dosage than 1000 mg with1q0mg predisone which doesn't agree with him anymore - also if he decides to stop this treatment how does he reduce both drugs and how long will it take for him to get back to normal? He has prostate cancer and is 89 yrs old.
