My Husband Was Diagnosed With A 4mm Kidney Stone Last

My husband was diagnosed with a 4mm kidney stone last Friday (six days ago) and sent home with flomax, Ibuprofen, oxycodone and zofran. The stone has not passed yet and he looks very pale and is very lethargic. Should we go back to the ER for further treatment such as IV fluids or lithotripsy? Or just be patient and have him keep drinking lots of fluids? His flomax prescription was for 7 days, so he'll take the last one tomorrow.
