My Husband Was Started On Lisinopril D/t His BP Being

My husband was started on lisinopril d/t his BP being 198/128 then up to 20 mg of lisinopril and clonidine 0.1 BID and then his BP continued and we went to ER last night with same HBP 198/124 they did EKG and labs ans we fine. Increased lisinopril to 40 mg daily and clonidine 0.2 BID. This evening I was supposed to give my husband another 20 mg of Lisinopril and another 0.2 of Clonidine but his BP was 110/60. I am afraid to lower his BP even more should i just give the lisinopril 10 Mg instead of 20 mg? and no Clonidine? This is Acelerated HTN and we are waiting on cardio and sleep apnea referral.
