My Husbands Cardiologist Just Took Him Off Enalapril And Changed

My husbands cardiologist just took him off enalapril and changed to both Lasix and Entresto. He also takes warfarin and tamsulosin. He had a valve 0 ring inserted back in 2004 and had an enlarged heart. Now the doctor is recommending these changes. He is obviously lightheaded sometimes, so I'm concerned with him taking both lowering blood pressure meds. 20 mg of Lasix and Entresto we couldn't get the scrip filled so not sure the amount of that requested as yet.
