My Hyaline Cast Is 29. Was On Antibiotics For 2

My hyaline cast is 29. Was on antibiotics for 2 weeks for uti. Had hematuria from Coumadin level of 3.7. Off antibiotics but still feel like not emptying all the way. Urinalysis today showed blood as well . What am I looking at??? I also am 58 and never had uti. I had ablation for afib in Dec and a little suspicious of trauma from foley used during and after procedure !?
