My intrasound report states myometrial echotexture is patchy. But no focal fibroids are seen. But there is a midline endometrial echo measuring 14mm at the fundus. There are nabothian cysts within the crrvix. 2.8cm cystic structure arising from exophytically from right ovary, it could represent a functional cyst or potentially broad ligament cysts... ( which also show on last untrasound).
But conclusion in report states. There is a persisting cystic structure arising exophytically from right ovary, marginally incteased in size when compared to prior study... ( prior untrasound was done acouple months ago..
