My issue started out 2 weeks ago, pain in the lower spine. I continued life as normal, then overnight it went to full back spasms. pain made it hard to breath and impossible to walk for three days. I did bed and heating pad for very brief relief. severe back pain continued for a week then lessened a little. Went shopping and noticed it was extremely difficult to walk, legs felt extremely fatigued then started severe cramping about every 50 feet or so. It took about two hours for this leg thing to pass. then yesterday it felt as if I had been shot in the lower left back (about 1 inch from the spine) then shortly thereafter I got the same shot feeling at a specific place in the left bicept. No injuries or strains involved in any of this.
