My Kid 3 Yr And 3 Month Old Has Been

My kid 3 yr and 3 month old has been suffering with fever 103 since today 12 midnight. We gave him Advil he puked after 20 min then we gave him Tylenol which he puked after 20 min. Then we wiped his head and neck with cold water so was able to sleep but morning at 7 again he puked and fever of 103. We visited doc he told might be stomach flu. But fever is not reducing. We gave him Advil 1 her back but temperature is still 103. What to do.
