My Last Period Was 6 Weeks Ago. About 3 Weeks

My last period was 6 weeks ago. about 3 weeks ago I had a gush of some liquid come out while I was standing. For the past 3 weeks I have been spotting lightly off and on. I've noticed some white tissue in my urine that sinks. I've also been having lower back pains, more frequent urination, headaches, and I've been very tired. I have no idea what's wrong with me. I also suffer from pcos.
