My Left Arm Gets Sore And Heavy Between The Elbow And Wrist
In my left arm, late in the evening, it starts to get sore and heavy between the elbow and wrist. It doesn t happen after exercise. I do suffer from diabetes, herniated disc, and neuropathic pain! This has been like this for a few months now and sometimes travels to my hand where I get tingling.

It can be a nerve pinching. I would suggest you to get MRi of the neck and see if there is any nerve compression is present. I would also suggest you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon . Till then you can take pregabalin and methylcobalamine tablet.
