My Left Arm Is Tingling And My Wrist Hurts. When

My left arm is tingling and my wrist hurts. When touching face with both hands my right hand feels cooler then the left although they both feel cold. Maybe like the left is going numb. Some tingling in my jaw mostly at the left side. I feel like I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I am a 52 year old woman.
