My left armpit is sunken to the point I can fit almost my entire hand in the pit of my armpit and I can't find a lymph node.only on the left side the right side is normal. I also have this discomfort pain in the side of my breast right where the armpit ends and side Breast starts. It's like a hot feeling without touch but tender to the touch. It's like the skin is all tingly and numb when I touch it but when press on it it feels like what a festered pimple feels like except there's nothing there no pimple no redness nothing and ever now and then I get like a shock wave that starts where that discomfort pain is an ends almost at the bottom of the rib cage in my back.my nipple on the left side when touched is dull like there's not tingly sensation in the nipple when touch. I get light headed almost every time I stand. I'm constantly loosing my breath even when I'm not doing nothing.
