My Left Ear Feels Like Its Under Water, How Can I Fix This ?
My left ear feels like its under water. I can hear echoing when I speak and hear every breath I take. This has happened all my life but never this bad or this long. I noticed that with in the last month my ear does this once to twice a week. It last all day long and no matter what I do it still feels the same. I have cleaned my ears with qutips to make sure its not wax. I have even use peroxide to help clear what ever might be causing this but it only clears up for maybe 20 minutes and the feeling comes back. I do get temporary relief if I tilt my head to the left for a go 30 minutes but again the feeling comes back as soon as I sit straight up. What is wrong and how can I fix this ?

It seems that you might have autosclerosis of three small bones in the middle ear causing this problem.
It is also possible it may be due to impacted ear wax on the drum which can not be removed with the help of ear stick or with hydrogen peroxide.
In chronic mastoiditis also this type of feeling is there.
Consult ENT sp and get diagnosed.
