My Left Upper Arm More On The Inner Side Has

My left upper arm more on the inner side has pain when movement is over 90 degrees. The pain is not severe. There is no limitation of ROM except when reaching around my neck to wash the upper part of the back. This has been going on for 4 months with no major change.
