My Legs Are Purple They Always Have Been But Now

My legs are purple they always have been but now 3 of my toes keep burning and tingling. Im not sure if there connected but iv had no injurys at all amd recently got a pain around the back of my shoulder with kills when i cough and breathe in too deep. No chest pains im only 28 but have already had cancer im worried about this.
