My Liver Levels Were Quite High Due To Years Of

My liver levels were quite high due to years of drinking, along with that so were my Triglycerides which my doctor related to the alcohol. I have since ceased alcohol and have been interested in low carb high fat diet, Keto. Feel great so far but just remembered my Tryglicerjde levels were high, is a low carb high fat diet not recommended in my case? 33 year old male, per blood results healthy all around except for the elevated liver enzymes and Try’s. Thank you!
