My Lower Lip Is Slightly Swollen And Has A Small

My lower lip is slightly swollen and has a small lesion. Very sensitive to heat and spicy food. This has been going on foe 8 months. When this started I also has a herpes infection in my left eye that took three trips to a specialist to fix. Taking acyclovir 400mg for it ,but not working.
