My mom has been recently diagnosed with evidence of 8.8×8.8 mm small ecogenic lesion in renal parenchymaat midpole of right kidney. And also angiomyolipoma.. Pls tell me what does this indicate?? Whether benign tumor or something else. Can this be resolved with medication or surgery is required
