My Mother, 90, Had A TAVI With Direct Aortic Access

My mother, 90, had a TAVI with direct aortic access (breast bone incision). As she's recovering, she was placed on a combination warfarin 2mg, metoprolol 50 mg, and digoxin (lanoxin) 125 mcg for a nasty atrial flutter. the warfarin should prevent stroke but at the same time not cause the incision to bleed, thus she'll be taking initial labtests. Do you see any dangerous drug interactions between these 3 medications ? (she's also on metformin, levothyroxine and bumetadine, Norvasc and prednisone)
