My Mother Aged 53 Is Suffering With Parkinsonism, Sever Depression,

My mother aged 53 is suffering with parkinsonism, sever depression, PLMS .Her health is deteriorating day by day she is unable to talk properly, feeling suffocating whole day. Her mood and speech was very good 3 months ago.
Symptoms:
1) Bad mood
2) Feeling suffocating whole day more at night while sleep.
3) Making feet movements whole day
4) Drying of mouth, thirsty frequently
5) Difficulty to sit , so she keeps sleeping whole day.
6) Parkinsonism symptoms like stifness of limbs have improved and tremors have reduced.
Medicines she is taking are:
1) Synddopa + , 4 tabs per day
2) Pramipex 0.75 mg in three doses a day.
3) Syndopa CR one tablet a day.
4) Prothiaden 100 mg a day
5) Quetiapine 50 mg a day
