My Mother Has Been Diagnosed With A Large POLYPOIDAL Tumour

My mother has been diagnosed with a Large POLYPOIDAL tumour of the Bladder , 42X31X48MM,
extending through the right vesico-uteric junction into the distal right ureter and adjacent tissues.
Further testing has shown no spreading to other parts of her body or bones.
She is 96 years old.
Does this mean she has Cancer?
She had a bladder infection on the weekend and it has settled down with anti-biotics.
She is at home with me and has no pain except for a slight soreness just above the pubic bone.
She is quite weak and not hungry but very thirsty.
