My Mother Has Nasal Polyps And A Mometasone Furoate Nasal

My mother has nasal polyps and a mometasone furoate nasal spray was prescribed by the doctor it was useful for more than 4 months but then was not useful. After that the doctor said that the surgery is only the solution for her but my mother will travel in 13th of September so she cannot do the surgery for nearly 3 months and now she suffers of blocked nose and breathing from mouth so please what is the best remedy solution for her case to open her nose and shrink the nasal polyps during this three months till doing the surgery.
