My Mother-in-law Got Operated For Breast Lump At 12 Oct

My mother-in-law got operated for breast lump at 12 Oct and after that we send that lump to the clinic for futher test and found that lump has cancer cells. After that we did PET CT scan on 22 Oct and no infection found. Do will still need to remove breast and need to take kimo?
