My Mother Is 73 Years Old CKD Patient Since 2013

My mother is 73 years old CKD patient since 2013 with present creatinin level 8.1 urea 146 HB 6.6% continuing with Renhold twice daily for last one year but no improvement has been noticed so far. Consulting Doctor is saying situation would have been worse without such medecine. Her sugar and BP was always normal. She is also taking Neorecormon 4000 inj twice/wk , shelcal CT once daily, and lasix 40mg once daily.Low urin output and sevear weakness and loss of apetiate are the major problems.
Is any other medecine available to treat her or to ensure some improvement from current status?
