My Mother Is 80 Years Old She Has Been Diagnosed

My mother is 80 years old She has been diagnosed with bipolar. The med she is on is escitalopram 20 & 10 mg since 2011 It is no longer working Mom very depressed since Aug 2013 Tried several meds but found too strong Tried clonazapam - suicidal thoughts Now they have her on olonzapine Instead of anger and suicidal thoughts she is paranoid thinking people are whispering about her and wanted to know who told the cops about her wrist There were no cops Prior to taking quetiapine mom was on risperidone for hallucinating Risperidone was stopped end of Oct 2015 The Dr said the quetiapine would help the hallucinating Now the quetiapine was stopped due to constipation In Jan 2016 Should she possibly be back on risperidone
