Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My mother is 92 years old and has suffered from depression for 60 + years. Early in her life, she dealt with it relying heavily on the support of her husband and children. After her husband died she was in a worse condition. She was hospitalized for a week. I can't say there was any marked improvement. She saw a psychologist for about a year and he helped to some degree. Several yearslater, her depression was worse and a she was sent to a psychiatrist. She was put on a Cmedication DIVALPROEX. She has been on this medication for at least 15 years. When she takes this, she is not crying all the time. However, what we have seen over time is a tremor that has developed in her right hand. This tremor is so bad she has trouble getting food from her plate to her mouth. At one time she was taken off this medication for a short period and the constant crying began again. ANY IDEAS TO HELP? FORGET IT. YOU ARE SCAMMING!!!
