My Mother Is 93. Last Weekend She Bruised Her Lower

My mother is 93. Last weekend she bruised her lower lid and it bleed up into her eye. I took her to urgent care and they said she probably rubbed her eye in her sleep but later that day she told me she pushed a wet cloth into her nose because it felt dirty, go figure, and she thought that is what caused it. The next day her nose began to run but only one nostril and irrated her throat on that side and she had a low grade fever 99.8. she is feeling better now but I think she need to go to her dr. What do you think?
