My Mother Was Prescribed The Following Medications Along Side Her

My mother was prescribed the following medications along side her regular medications and seems to be having some problems. She was presribed these for a urinary tract/ keidney infection. She is now finding it hard to walk, she can't stay focused or awake for any period of time, her eyes are matting up, and her chest has a heavy feeling. She has been to the emergency room, they prescibed much of the medication. Her regular doctor prescribed the antibiotic and one of the pain meds.
Tizanidine- 4 mg
Cefdinir
Hydrocod/ apap "NORCO"- PO 5/325 mg
Diflucan 200 mg
Nitrofurantoin monohyd 100 mg
Her regular meds are as follows:
She usually takes a muti-vitamin too, but she hasn't since she has been prescribed the antibiotic, pain, infection meds.
Syntroid 50 mcg
Zetia 10 mg
Provastaten 40 mg
