My Name Is Gabrielle And I'm A 21 Year Old

My name is Gabrielle and I'm a 21 year old female. Since August I've been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease, Raynaud's Disease, asthma, Mitral Valve Prolapse (trivial), and mood disorders related to Hashimoto's disease. I have newly acquired food sensitivities, a latex allergy, and isopropyl alcohol allergy. I have a history of immunosuppression, several allergies, chronic fatigue. I have an MTHFR gene mutation and am currently suffering from an ocular migraine, difficulty breathing, chest tightness, numbing and tingling in feet and fingers, sensitivity to cold, peeling skin (sloughs off gray since late August), muscle aches, joint pain, inflamed lips and tongue, mouth pain and sensitivity, etc. I've been at a therapeutic dose of Lamictal for 8 days now, and I'm worried this could be the start of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. I've been getting full body rashes or random patches for a few days now, but I don't know if they're related to Allergies or the medicine. I'm seeing my optometrist and my dermatologist today, as well as an internal medicine physician in the morning. Is there anything I should be doing right now to combat any of these symptoms?
