My name is Jennifer, I am 52 yrs old. This morning I switched my oral hormone therapy Progesterone 100 mgx2 nightly and 0.5 mg estradiol x2 in the am to bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. I started today taking estradiol 5mg 4ggts transdermal and estriol 5 mg gets transdermal. added testosterone 5 mg 4 gtts transdermal this morning. When I go to bed tonight I will Take Progesterone 200 mg 8 gets transdermal. My issue is that around 4:30 this afternoon I started to feel anxious, shortness of breath and generally \uncomfortable, AS the afternoon progressed into the evening my symptoms become worse. I have tingling and some numbness in both of my hands and going down both of my arms. My chest feels uncomfortable, heavy and my heart is racing. I even have the tingling in my legs. Also, I feel like it is hard for me to focus watching television, it hurts my eyes to try and focus. My main concern is my heart and the sensations in my hands/arms.
