My Nearly 7 Year Old Daughter Woke Up Yesterday Morning

My nearly 7 year old daughter woke up yesterday morning with difficulty walking due to the pain on the soles of her feet. The left foot has slight bruising and serious tenderness on the arch and heel, around to the ankle side of her foot. The right foot is similar, but only on has serious tenderness on the heel. Tylenol and Ibuprofen do not alleviate the pain, she is wearing tennis shoes (painful), icing and elevating. We are a full two days with the pain so bad she can only hobble or hop on the toes of the right foot. I took her to the doctor today and saw a PA as her regular pediatrician was off. She diagnosed my daughter with Plantar Fasciitis. She could not explain the bruising. I am not convinced but cannot find more information online. Any suggestions on possible causes or things to look into?

She is a very healthy girl 57 pounds 49" no allergies no surgeries no serious illnesses no medications does not bleed or bruise easily. She said she has some tingling but no numbness.
