My penis just under the head after intercourse feels like it split I've had a look and there are slight splits in the skin all the way around where the foreskin is as I'm not circumsised there isn't any blood what could this be I've looked up stis but doesn't seem to match anything after a few days it goes away but then if I have intercourse it comes back
