My Periods Have Been Abnormal Since My Boyfriend Passed. They

My periods have been abnormal since my boyfriend passed. They come every other week and some months I will get a 30-31 day cycle. This month about 5 days after I had unprotected sex i thought I was getting my period but it was brown discharge for about 2 days...very very light. And I still haven't seen a period and it's been 30 days since my last period. I took 2 pregnancy tests and they have come back negative. I feel bloated and a couple months ago I was told my thyroid levels were abnormal so a month afterwards they retested my levels and said they were normal??? But my periods are still abnormal. What should I do from here???
