My Poor Mother Suffered A Massive Stroke ,almost A Year

My poor Mother suffered a massive stroke ,almost a year ago,although she is making almost all of he milestones,She does not sleep, She also complains about every fabric that touches her very sensitive skin,More importantly she gets severely constipated,This is the most trying My poor ,sweet wonderful ( Tiny little Mother, should NOT have to suffer any more,especially for something like having a regular bowel movement,Please Give any advice that you possibly can to help to alleviate her pain, and her struggles,The Poor little lady can not see us, But she would love to hear- " It's going to be okay Mommy" ,That would be the Best CHRISTMAS GIFT of all, OH and to scratch that darn itch,Any Feedback would be really be great fully appreciated !
