My Primary Care Physician Found A Nodule On My Prostate

My primary care physician found a nodule on my prostate gland. I'm scheduled for a prostate biopsy with a urologist 10/02. What are the chances of it being cancer. The urologist said the nodule is 1 centimeter. I'm 67 and in great health. No signs of cancer otherwise.
PSA scores have been in the normal range under 4.
