My question is I take .Tamsilosin 0.4Mg has had no effect on my in large prostate. I knew not drain my bladder. I've been taking this for over a year. Now the doctor is talking about burning Cannell open on my prostate. I'm not sure about this. I'm 72 years old and I ride a motorcycle everyday. I'm thinking about doing a self catheter.
