My Question Relates To Urination Frequency. I Am 70 Years

My question relates to urination frequency. I am 70 years old and have had an enlarged prostate for over 30 years, but no sign of cancer. My Dr. checks my prostate every year and tells me its just larger than normal and not getting larger and there is no sign of of a tumor. PSA is normal. I have tried Proscar and other drugs to no avail, and I have taken herbs for decades. Yet I still urinate every 2 hours during the day and often 4 times during the night. I do drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and often red wine at night, and I knw these are diuretics. Other than my enlarged prostate not allowing my bladder to fully empty, what else causes such frequency? I am in very good health and work out evry day - no other health problems of note.
