My Right Hand Gets Ice Cold At Times, Numbness In

My right hand gets ice cold at times, numbness in fingers, and swelling from my fingers to my forearm. My pulse seems to be good in my wrist and there is no color change in fingers or nail beds.I had an elbow come down hard on my mid forearm. had an xray done they didn't see any fractures. Could this be a pinched nerve causes these symptoms?
