My Right Knee Has Been Swollen, Sore And Stiff For

My right knee has been swollen, sore and stiff for a week. It gets overused because my left ankle is shot and will be replaced soon I ice the knee elevate the leg, take ibuprofen and use a topical ointment like bio freeze.
