My Scrotum Leaks Some Sort Of Fluid And There Is A Slight Inflammation On The Right Scrotum

Hello, i currently have an issue where my scrotum leaks some sort of fluid and theres a slight inflammation or swelling on the right scotum. My scrotum is painless and so far ive had it for 2 weeks. im current 17 and too embrassed to tell my parents, any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
It sounds like some sort of scrotal skin infection - Maybe bacterial or fungal.
You should keep the area clean by washing with soap and water two to three times a day and dab it dry immediately. Also, apply ointment which would have both anti fungal and anti bacterial action like Tripoderm or
Quadriderm,
