My sister has either 3 separate cysts with intervening ovarian tissue or a multiloculated cyst with thick septation The largest cystic component is anechoic and measurers about 9.1 x 5.6 x 4.7 cm. There is alot more on the report, but can you give this to us in laymen terms?
