My Smears Are Highly Cellular And High N:C Ratio. How Serious Is My Cancer ?
My aunt had breast cancer before now again the report say that smears are highly cellular and rveal poorly cohesive sheets and singly scattered tumour cells. The cells are pleomorphic with hIGH N:C ratio. The nuclei are vesicular with coarse chromatin and cytoplasm is moderate eosinophilc. Background shows haemorrhage, few cyst macrophages and fibrofatty fragments.
