My Son Fell And Hit The Back Of His Head.

My son fell and hit the back of his head. He has a knot 2inches by 2inches and raised about 1/2 inch with a laceration about 4 inches long. His left pupil is reactive from 5cm to 2cm, while the right is 6cm to 3cm. Should I be concerned with the dilation and constriction of the pupils being off? He is functioning fine with no signs of immediate trauma.
