My son got a concussion 3 weeks ago he has been seeing a doctor weekly and is taking amitriptyline 25 mg 2 x day he continues to have an altered personality headaches and tonight he is having a bloody nose. Throughout childhood bloody noses have been common for him so I am trying to differentiate between what may be a common occurrence for him or a more serious complication from the concussion. Suggestions?
