My son had a swollen cervica lymph node and then a cluster of swollen lymph nodes nearby. He had a CBC, a chest x-ray and a neck CT with contrast ordered by the ENT. The largest lymph node has decreased to 1/3 of its original size in just a few days. The number in the cluster has decreased. The chest x-ray was clear, CBC show slightly elevated monocytes and the CT showed reactive lymph nodes consistent with possible infection, such as from a cat scratch. If lymph node does not go back to normal, he wants to remove and biopsy. Should I be concerned
