My Son Had Bloodwork Done As Pre Admit Procedure Before

My son had bloodwork done as pre admit procedure before surgery on Wednesday. The phlebotomist wiggled the needle quite a bit during the time she was drawing blood in his right arm. His endoscopic sinus and turbinoplasty and turbinectomy surgery was yesterday (2 days later) and his biggest complaint was the shooting pain going from his right elbow to his wrist. This evening he showed me how there is a red line goi g down his arm from the elbow toward the wrist. Is this something to be concerned about?
