My son has a bad rash on his face (it looks like really bad teenage acne on both sides of his nose) and it has spread to the backs of his arms and legs. I took him to the doctor on Friday and he was prescribed a topical steroid cream that the doctor said would clear up the rash pretty quickly. The rash seems to be getting worse to me instead of better. There is no blistering, no puss and no other signs of infections. Just red/dark pink acne-like bumps on his face, arms and legs. They are itchy - but not extremely itchy.
